AcuraLink / Infotainment & Navigation (MDX, TLX, RDX 2019–2026)

• Screen Frozen or Black: Press and hold power button 10+ seconds to reboot; check for software update via Wi-Fi or USB.
• AcuraLink Not Connecting: Ensure Wi-Fi/data is enabled; re-pair phone; reset connection in Settings → System → Factory Data Reset (last resort).
• Apple CarPlay/Android Auto Not Working: Use genuine cable; try different USB port; delete and re-pair device.
• Navigation “GPS Signal Lost”: Clean windshield near rear-view mirror; update maps via AcuraLink or USB.

Precision All-Wheel Drive / SH-AWD Issues (MDX, RDX, TLX)

• SH-AWD Warning Light: Check rear differential fluid level; may need software recalibration at dealer.
• AWD System Overheating Message: Normal after aggressive driving; let vehicle cool 20–30 min.

Key Fob & Keyless Access Problems (All 2015+ Models)

• Key Not Detected: Hold fob against start button (backup location); replace fob battery (CR2032).
• Doors Won’t Unlock When Touching Handle: Ensure “Keyless Access” is ON in settings; clean door handle sensors.

Older Acura Models (TSX, TL, RL, RSX, Legend)

• VTEC Not Engaging: Check oil level/pressure; common on high-mileage K20/K24 engines.
• Immobilizer Light Flashing: Use original key or have spare re-programmed at dealer.
• Transmission Slipping (Auto): Check ATF level with engine running in Park; use only Honda/Acura DW-1 fluid.
